These terms cover your use of the AutoFy app and website operated by AutoFy.
Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and only upload information, vehicle photographs and documents you have authority to use. You must be legally able to enter into the transactions you arrange through the service.
Listings and vehicle transactions
AutoFy provides tools for vehicle listings, inventory, receipts and reporting. Parties to a transaction are responsible for inspecting vehicles, verifying ownership, checking documents, agreeing payment terms and completing transfers. A listing, inspection diagram or generated report is not a guarantee of a vehicle's condition, title or value.
Acceptable use
Do not publish fraudulent or unlawful listings, impersonate others, upload information without authorization, misuse another person's data or attempt unauthorized access. Accounts or listings may be restricted for misuse or unpaid service charges.
Fees, subscriptions and refunds
Applicable plans, charges and payment instructions are shown in the billing flow. Review them before payment. Account closure does not automatically refund a payment or remove an existing obligation. For billing disputes or refund requests, contact support with the relevant voucher or payment reference. Purchases managed by an app store are subject to that store's billing and refund process.
Reports and availability
Reports depend on the information entered. Check important records before relying on them. Service availability and features may change; keep copies of documents needed for your own records.
Account closure and privacy
You can close your account from the account deletion page. Vehicle and financial history is retained as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
